Overview

Introduction

This 5-day intensive training equips participants with the skills and knowledge to audit, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) that combines ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). It focuses on system integration, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement. Through case studies, exercises, and simulated audits, participants will learn how to plan, conduct, and report IMS audits in accordance with ISO 19011 guidelines.
