Overview

Introduction

This 3-day certified program develops the competence required to perform Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) of assessments according to City & Guilds standards. Participants learn to plan, monitor, and evaluate assessment quality, ensuring consistency and compliance. The course combines theory and practice to prepare professionals for internal verifier roles across training and competence systems.

All participants will be provided with a program completion certificate from TRACEZ on satisfying the following conditions:

  • 100% attendance in the class and involvement in group discussions

  • Successful completion of the end of course assessment
