Participants will learn the principles of turnaround scoping, work-pack development, manpower planning, materials coordination, risk management, shutdown execution, and post-turnaround evaluation. The course emphasizes real-world practices used in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, and heavy industries to ensure safe, on-time, and cost-effective turnaround delivery.
