Overview

Introduction

This course provides refinery operations personnel with a strong foundation in mass transfer and heat transfer principles that directly influence distillation, fractionation, separation, and heat-exchange performance. Participants will learn how mass transfer drives separation processes, how heat transfer impacts energy efficiency, and how design principles apply to daily operations and troubleshooting.
