  • Hands-on workshop: backlog grooming & Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Transition teams to Scrum and overcome adoption challenges
  • Measure success with key Scrum metrics: Velocity, Burndown, Throughput
  • Final group activity: Design a Scrum implementation plan & Post Assessment
