Overview

Introduction

This course provides engineers and technicians with a comprehensive understanding of electrical substations, their key components, operational procedures, and maintenance requirements. Participants will learn how substations function, how to operate equipment safely, how to identify faults, and how to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. The course also covers switching procedures, protection fundamentals, safety practices, and reading substation documentation.
