Overview

Introduction

This training equips participants to master Primavera P6 — the industry standard for large-scale project scheduling, resource management, and project controls. Participants will learn to plan, monitor, and optimize complex projects using best practices and real-world techniques. Through hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations, learners will gain confidence managing schedules, resources, risks, and project performance.
