Introduction

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of industrial process instrumentation, control systems, and modern safeguarding mechanisms used in oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and heavy industries. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLC/DCS architecture, loop tuning, and SIL/LOPA-based safety systems. The program blends case studies, demonstrations, and practical exercises to build strong technical competency required for plant reliability and uptime.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this training course, the participants will be able to:

• Interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and instrumentation documentation
